Semaine de Mode de MontréalDay THREE
The three day misnomer we call Semaine de Mode de Montréal wrapped up yesterday with Denis Gagnon's stunning collection, worn by equally stunning models.
The show marked the Montréal runway debuts of Next's Isla and Raphaelle - both of whom are creating a LOT of buzz in this city.
One thing that impressed me greatly, was that literally hundreds of people stood in line to get in. When the seating area was filled past capacity, a second show was hastily scheduled so everyone could be accomodated. Well done, Denis!

Sadly, Marie Saint Pierre did not show this season. Although she was on the schedule originally, personal reasons forced a cancellation.
She was at the shows last night however. We're looking forward to next season.

Folio's Delphie made her first appearance at New York's Mercedes Benz Fashion Week last month, walking in Rachel Comey, Richard Chai, Generra, Tuleh and a few others.
Thursday night she was gorgeous in Denis Gagnon.

I'm already excited for next season's shows, when my all-time favourite runway model will be back at it. Next's Niomi Pearson recently moved back to Montréal from Alberta, and although she opted out of doing shows this season she tells me she will make herself available in March.
Niomi, for those that are newer to Modelresource world, is someone this site used to rave about on a regular basis because of how well she moves in whatever outfit she's given. An absolute pro.
